I am one of the owners and general manager of Forever Fit Gym.

My passion is helping people work towards reaching their fitness and weight orientated goals in the gym and teaching people about healthy lifestyles in order to lead healthier lives.

I specialize in weight loss and weight management, muscle toning and building, general fitness, strength and conditioning, sports specific training, nutrition and supplementation as well as injury rehabilitation.

I have also competed internationally and represented S.A on stage under the fitness category and the board short category. I have gained huge experience through my experiences. 

 

My Qualifications are:

  • Diploma in Exercise Science

  • Diploma in Sports Nutrition and Supplementation

  • Certificate in Sports Conditioning and Training in different environments

  • Level 1 Crossfit Instructor

I strive to help motivate people to achieve a healthy lifestyle, this in return will help with a healthy mindset.  My belief is that our worth is not measured by what other see, but by the value that we choose to be.

 

For me, it is about achieving the goals that we set for ourselves and enjoying the process of development and personal growth along the way.
